Evang Endersbach He was the owner of the Hahn Inn (Rooster Inn) His estate consisted of " an Inn,barn,stables and 2 cellers as well as o ne and one sixteenth of a Morgan (Land measure) of an orchard and goat pastur e ???. The Inn consisted of a front section (Worth 900 Gulden) and a back secti on (worth 400 Gulden) , together 1300 Gulden. (Land records 356,p.92a).A de tailed description can be found on pages 127b and 128b. According to this descr iption, the front section is the actual Inn, whereas the back section is the res idence. The Inn has 3 stories and also a celler. On the ground floor there is th e "Stube" , presumably the public lounge. On the first floor are 2 guest r ooms. Furthermore horsestables and a barn belong to the Inn. Shared with the b ack section of the property are also pigsties, the baking house and a garden . The back section or "the old house" also has 3 stories and a celler. This house was meant for agricultural purposes ,since there is accomodat ion for many cows on the ground floor.
